Elder golfer Daniel Schwarz wins Ohio Junior Amateur
Elder senior Daniel Schwarz won the Ohio Junior Amateur tournament this week in northeast Ohio, according to Elder coach Mike Trimpe.
Schwarz shot a 70-73 for the tournament and won the ages 16-18 category. Trimpe said Schwarz also qualified for the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship in July with a second-place finish in the Columbus area last week.
