UPDATE: NewCath drives to inside McNicholas 25-yard line on each of its first two possessions, but the Thoroughbreds fumble the ball away each time. The second fumble proved costly as Rockets junior Brad Rice scooped up the ball and sprinted 74 yards into the end zone for a touchdown. With 11 minutes left to play in the half, its McNicholas 7, NewCath 0.

UPDATE: NewCath ties the game at 7-7 in the final minute of the half with a 5-yard touchdown pass from Brady Hightchew to Pete Collopy.

UPDATE: NewCath takes its first lead of the game 13-7 on a 6-yard quarterback keeper by Brady Hightchew with five minutes remaining in the third quarter.

UPDATE: Thoroughbreds senior quarterback Brady Hightchew scores his second rushing touchdown of the game to move NewCath ahead 20-7 going into the final quarter.\
